Founded by David Payne, a life-long horticulturalist, Home and Garden Landscapes is located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Region of North Carolina, specializes in landscape design and installation of large and mature plant material. David’s background includes years of working with landscapes in such diverse climates and environments ranging from coastal California and Washington State to the Piedmont regions of North Carolina.
With North Carolina’s rapid population growth, David’s expertise in solving privacy challenges homeowners frequently find themselves facing has restored instant privacy to hundreds of homes.

Currently enrolled in the Masters of Arts in Landscape Architecture program at North Carolina State University, Christopher Vann brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. With a portfolio that includes projects in France, the United Kingdom, and Russia, Christopher expertly manages all landscape design components. His passion for plants and architecture makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
